1 cup unsweetened almond milk or water
1-2 large handfuls baby spinach
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 scoop (4 tbsp.) hemp protein powder
1 cup organic peach, diced (fresh or frozen)
1 teaspoon virgin coconut oil
Add ingredients to blender in order listed. Blend, serve, and enjoy!
